Sour Cream Balsamic Dip

This creamy dip is easy to make and is great for veggies, particularly warm, freshly-steamed artichokes!

INGREDIENTS

1/3 cup organic sour cream (we love the full-fat version from Organic Valley)
1 tsp. organic balsamic vinegar
1 tsp. organic lemon juice 

DIRECTIONS

With a spoon, whip the balsamic vinegar and lemon into sour cream, tasting as you go.  Individual taste is, well, individual, so make this dip as tangy (or lemon-y) as you wish!
