I don't eat a lot of sugar...so when I do, I expect it to be really gorgeous, decadent, and classy. And have chocolate in it.
That, my friends, it homemade tiramisu. It's deceptively simple once you get right down to it, and it doesn't actually require any baking, so it's just about the best dessert to make in warm weather. And it's rich, so a little bit goes a long way (meaning you can serve elegantly small pieces of it to guests, along with a china cup of French Press coffee).
