Spaghetti squash, ready-to-serve in its own shell!
Fall is in the air, and we're baking squash. I love seasonal eating, and in the fall it doesn't get any better than warm, fragrant squash right out of the oven, topped with butter and your choice of savory (salt & pepper) or sweet (honey or maple syrup) additions.
I've had a recipe for spaghetti squash online for a few years now, and it needed some updating, so here's the refreshed version! I also have recipes available for Acorn Squash and Butternut Squash.
