I am delighted to share with you this year's Christmas special, featuring food from four classic holiday films!
(This project was mostly designed to give me a good excuse to re-watch my favorite Christmas movies...what fun!)
We begin with the delightful 1984 dramatization of A Christmas Carol, featuring the inimitable George C. Scott. I also include the beautiful food writing of Charles Dickens himself, with a few recipes for the Victorian holiday food he describes (if you want to have your very own Dickens Christmas)!
