Recipe: Whole Wheat Banana-Nut Muffins

Hello Readers,

Saturday morning it was raining.  It was cold.  We had several nasty-looking overripe bananas in the fridge.  Naturally, we made banana-nut muffins!  These aren't your sugar-laden variety either; they are made with 100% whole wheat flour, half the typical amount of sugar, and flaxseed. Delicious, filling and perfect for a rainy weekend!
